In most instances only an income declaration from the borrower is required.
The following eligibility criteria applies for Low Doc and No Doc Finance:
- Motor vehicles up to 3 years old
- Maximum loan amount of $100,000
- Limited to dealership purchases (no private sales)
- Established in business for a minimum of 2 years
- The Applicant/Director/Partner must be a property owner
- Clear CRAA credit report
- Finance company reference greater than 12 months
