The every popular Volkswagen Polo GTI will be getting an overhaul and is due for release here in late 2010. The supercharged/turbocharged engine will take you from 0 to 100 in as little as 6.9 seconds. This is much faster than the current model. The engine is also much more powerful than the current 1.4 litre twincharged four-cylinder.

Economy has been an important consideration in the release of this new model. Even though the car weighs more than its predecessor, it is 32 percent more economical in fuel consumption and produces fewer emissions. The GTI will retain its signature sporty interior and exterior. A new option will be the daytime running lights.
