Nissan Tiida revamp

When Nissan changed the name of their Pulsar to a Tiida they didn’t expect such a plunge in sales. Unfortunately changing a familiar name can affect the sales of your product. The Tiida did appear to have a chunky tall look which deterred potential buyers. To counteract the reduction in sales Nissan reduced the price to try and increase sales. Now Nissan have decided to restyle the Tiida which has been in production since 2006.

The 2010 model has been given a restyling overhaul to attract buyers. The vehicle has been given a sportier look by extending and reshaping the nose. The side skirts are now the same colour as the body and a new radiator grille adds to the sporty look. To further attract buyers Nissan have again reduced the price to make it up to $4,000 cheaper than its Japanese competitors. The standard equipment has been increased on all models and the engine more efficient by now complying with European Stage 4 emission controls.
